We have started the formal process with Kerdels to build our Individual design home. We designed 95% of the home submitting it to sales guy who happened to be the head designer for the individual homes. He was very very helpful and a good guide through the initial process including taking us to actual builds rather than show homes so we were able to see the results of their builds ... warts and all.
We needed the individual design because of the shape of our cottage block 353m3, with 6.5 to the rear lane way garage and 15.5 meter frontage. will submit copy of plan when we receive final .
We look forward to building our champagne house on a beer budget (the sales mens words) some interesting specs we will cover as we go
